Humain has announced a strategic investment and a new partnership with Arabic.AI, aimed at developing advanced solutions in Arabic language technologies, translation, and document intelligence. The collaboration is designed to accelerate the deployment of these solutions across enterprises in Saudi Arabia and international markets.

The partnership combines Humain’s advanced AI infrastructure—including computing capabilities and sophisticated models—with Arabic.AI’s specialized linguistic expertise, which spans over 18 years in language technologies and business-oriented solutions. The investment deal seeks to fast-track the rollout of Arabic.AI’s offerings and expand their adoption among Saudi organizations, enabling the use of Arabic and multilingual AI across a wide range of business applications.

Integration of Infrastructure and Linguistic Expertise

The partnership is built on the complementary strengths of both companies. Humain brings its integrated AI ecosystem to the collaboration, featuring locally managed infrastructure, advanced computing power, and state-of-the-art AI models. In return, Arabic.AI contributes its CleverSo translation management system—designed from the ground up for Arabic—alongside specialized Arabic translation models and practical experience in embedding language technologies into institutional workflows.

This integration is expected to accelerate the journey of Arabic-specific AI solutions from development to real-world applications, addressing enterprise needs in translation, document management, and content analysis.

Three Core Solutions for the Saudi Market

Humain and Arabic.AI are launching their collaboration by introducing Arabic.AI’s specialized solutions to the Saudi market, working with a group of early enterprise clients across three main pillars.

Translation Management System

The first solution is a unified translation management platform designed specifically for Arabic. It enables teams to manage translation processes, adhere to approved terminology, and build a cumulative translation memory. The system gives organizations greater control over where their linguistic assets are stored.

Archive Digitization Engine

The second solution is an archive digitization engine that converts old documents, records, and media materials into searchable digital Arabic content. It supports text extraction from handwritten materials and manuscripts, content classification, and access permission management.

Document Intelligence Agents

The third pillar involves document intelligence agents—smart software tailored for handling contracts, tenders, and files. These agents can read, review, and draft documents, extract data at the clause level, and automatically perform compliance checks while keeping human oversight within the workflow.

Leadership Perspectives

Tariq Amin, CEO of Humain, stated that Arabic is one of the most important and complex languages, requiring advanced AI solutions specifically designed to meet enterprise needs and the language’s unique characteristics. He explained that combining Humain’s integrated AI ecosystem with Arabic.AI’s specialized expertise in Arabic language technologies aims to deliver more effective tools in translation, document intelligence, and multilingual AI—transforming proven technologies into reliable, ready-to-deploy solutions at scale.

Nour Al-Hassan, founder and CEO of Arabic.AI, emphasized that Arabic poses a major challenge for enterprise AI capabilities. She noted that her company developed its platform to address this challenge and, through the partnership with Humain, seeks to make AI solutions designed from the ground up for Arabic available to organizations in the Kingdom.

Upcoming Launch at LEAP 2026

Humain and Arabic.AI plan to introduce their first joint solutions in the Saudi market with early enterprise clients, with initial offerings set to be unveiled at LEAP 2026. This move is intended to drive the adoption of Arabic AI technologies in institutional work environments.
