Digital Saudi Concludes LEAP 2026 with Over 30 Agreements and 20 Digital Launches

The Digital Saudi pavilion has officially wrapped up its participation in LEAP 2026, concluding a dynamic showcase of digital innovation, strategic partnerships, and national success stories. The exhibition brought together more than 40 government entities to present their digital transformation journeys, highlighting the integration achieved across the Kingdom’s digital government ecosystem and the use of modern technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance services and improve user experience.

Key Outcomes and Achievements

During the conference days, the pavilion witnessed the signing of over 30 agreements and memoranda of understanding, the launch of more than 20 digital products and platforms, and the presentation of over 12 success stories. In addition, 15 dialogue sessions and workshops were organized, along with 3 recognition ceremonies. These results reflect the diversity of government participation, ranging from launching digital solutions and building partnerships to sharing experiences and expertise.

AI and Modern Technologies Take Center Stage

Artificial intelligence and modern technologies were among the most prominent themes of the launches at the pavilion. The Ministry of Media launched the sectoral platform for the media sector, which consolidates the sector’s platforms with the government’s overarching goals and unifies its services through a single digital platform.

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture introduced the smart voice assistant “Namaa AI” to facilitate user access to the “Nama” platform’s services. Meanwhile, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority launched the “Pro-Verifier” service for intelligent product verification using AI technologies.

In the pilgrimage sector, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced a comprehensive cloud transformation of the “Nusuk Digital” ecosystem, enhancing the flexibility, efficiency, and continuity of digital services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers.

Partnerships and Collaborations

In the realm of partnerships, the pavilion saw the signing of agreements and MOUs in areas such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, digital transformation, and innovation. Notably, the Digital Government Authority and the National Center for Privatization signed an MOU to enhance the financial sustainability of digital government operations. Additional partnerships were established between government entities, national universities, and local and international technology companies.

National Success Stories

National success stories received significant attention. The National Cybersecurity Authority showcased the experience of the national cybersecurity services portal “Haseen,” while the National Water Company presented the experience of the national monitoring and control center “SCADA.” Other entities shared experiences in the transportation and logistics sectors, illustrating the impact of technology on operational efficiency and service development.

Government Integration and Recognition

Government integration was another key focus, highlighted by the recognition of 62 government entities that completed integrating their services into the national unified application “Tawakkalna.” This reflects the collaborative efforts to streamline user access to services and deliver a more connected and seamless digital experience.

Dialogue Sessions and Workshops

The pavilion hosted 15 dialogue sessions and workshops that discussed the future of government services, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation across various sectors. These sessions, attended by government entities, experts, specialists, and technology partners, facilitated the exchange of experiences and discussions on opportunities to further develop the digital services ecosystem.

With the conclusion of its participation, the Digital Saudi pavilion presented a comprehensive of the Kingdom’s digital transformation journey, which continues to expand integrated government services and platforms while increasingly leveraging AI and modern technologies. The focus remains on building a user-centric digital experience.

These achievements align with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, reflecting the progress the Kingdom has made in digital government and its commitment to building a more integrated, innovative, and efficient government ecosystem that enhances service quality and improves the beneficiary experience.
