Among the day’s highlights, the Ministry of Media launched the sectoral platform for the media sector, aimed at unifying sector services and enhancing integration among relevant entities.
Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Announces Comprehensive Cloud Transformation for Nusuk
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced a comprehensive cloud transformation for the “Nusuk Digital” system, which is expected to increase the flexibility and efficiency of the technical infrastructure and ensure the continuity of digital services provided to pilgrims and Umrah performers.
AI-Powered Services Launched by Key Government Bodies
In a move to expand the use of artificial intelligence in government services, the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture launched the smart voice assistant “Namaa AI” for the “Namaa” platform, designed to facilitate user access to services and enhance digital interaction.
The Saudi Food and Drug Authority introduced the “Pro-Verifier” service for intelligent product verification. This service employs AI technologies to analyze product data and compare it with registered information, supporting the efficiency of verification processes and enhancing data reliability.
Partnerships and Success Stories at the Pavilion
The pavilion also witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and “Darint” company. Additionally, the General Directorate of Civil Defense presented a success story titled “The Future of Civil Defense,” part of a series of presentations and sessions highlighting digital transformation models and the use of modern technologies in government sectors.
Dialogue Session on Heritage and Digital Transformation
In the same context, the Saudi Digital Pavilion hosted a dialogue session titled “Heritage and Digital Transformation in the Kingdom,” which discussed the role of digital technologies in developing the heritage sector and preserving national legacy, with a review of several experiences and practices related to digital transformation in this field.
Honoring 62 Government Agencies Integrated into Tawakkalna
One of the most prominent moments of the day was the honoring of 62 government agencies that completed the integration of their services into the national comprehensive application “Tawakkalna.” This step reflects the Kingdom’s progress in unifying digital government services and facilitating user access through a more integrated digital experience.
